Become a Member

Community Land Trusts are made up of members who guide the trust in fulfilling its charitable purposes.

Member Rights

1) Participate in meetings of the membership

2) Cast one vote on all matters properly put before the membership for consideration

3) Nominate and participate in the election of the board of directors

4) Serve on the board of directors or on committees if chosen

5) Receive notices and minutes of membership meetings and annual reports of the corporation.

Member Eligibility

Every adult who supports our purposes and lives, works, volunteers, or studies within the headwaters region of the Black, Barton, and Lamoille Rivers (comprising the four towns of Albany, Craftsbury, Glover, and Greensboro, and all adjoining communities) is invited to become a member.
